The elderly migrants have the dual characteristics of the floating population and the elder, not only their instability, but also the huge demand for health care resources. Does the health service of the floating elderly population affect their residence willingness in the inflow area? Based on the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in 2017,this paper analyzes the affecting factors of the elderly migrants' residence willingness in the inflow place from three aspects of the health services. The results show that more than 80%of the floating elderly population intend to stay in the inflow area, less than 1/3 have established residents' health files, and about 40%have received health education, and more than 3/4 of the elderly migrants can reach the nearest medical service institutions within 15 minutes. Health files, health education and shorter distance of medical treatment in the inflow area can strengthen the elderly migrants' residence willingness. Among them, the distance of medical treatment has the greatest impact on their willingness to stay, and the convenient medical service circle can make them more willing to stay. The floating elderly population who receive the health services in the residents' committee and province -level municipality are more willing to stay, while have no significant effect on other cities and the village committees. In the future, it is necessary to comprehensively implement the national public health service projects, encourage local government to provide high-quality health services, and promote the construction of more convenient medical and health service circle.
